We’ll present your custom itinerary and adjust it with you until it’s just right. When you’re happy with everything, we’ll book your trip and organize every detail.

While you’re waiting for your trip, we’ll forward you helpful destination information, including packing lists, restaurant ideas, and basic phrases in the language of the country you’re visiting.

Many of our partners have access to the same or similar inventory you see on well-known rental sites, such as Airbnb and VRBO. Rest assured, we only work with accredited and trusted partners that vet each and every property to ensure a positive client experience.

Within a week or two! Once we connect and receive the planning fee, we’ll start curating and booking your itinerary. We typically turn around proposals for trips in 1-2 weeks, though timing may differ depending on the trip complexity and how busy our preferred partners are.
If it’s a last minute trip request (<30 days), we charge an additional fee as your trip will have to take precedence over other client trips in our queue.

We love working with solo travelers! We’re always happy to create a custom experience for those traveling on their own. We’ll also provide guidance and advice for those traveling solo, especially first-timers.

When you work with a travel advisor, your trip cost may be the same as what you book on your own, but you will receive exclusive amenities and perks with your booking that you can't get on your own.
