Hotel Highlights Around the World
Raffles Seychelles
During the Spring and Fall many of our supplier partners travel around the country doing roadshows and bringing various hoteliers to meet with travel advisors.
This week has been no exception - I had multiple invitations to partner roadshows featuring amazing hotels around the world. My Highlights!
An Intimate Destination in the Bahamas
On Monday I attended a dinner with the Muse Collection. They represent a number of hotels and destination specialists around the world and brought a few of them to Atlanta. I loved learning about The Cove at Eleuthera in the Bahamas. This five-star resort is the premier accommodation on the island of Eleuthera (which is 100 miles long but only 4 miles wide), featuring two secluded white sand cove beaches for its guests. There are villa options for families with multiple bedrooms, ideal for a holiday vacation. It’s also great for couples as it is very secluded and intimate. You’ll have everything you need on site with multiple restaurants, spa, beautiful beaches, snorkeling, and more right at your fingertips. Getting to Eleuthera is actually quite easy for those of you in Atlanta, Orlando, and Fort Lauderdale as there are direct flights to the island. You can also get there quickly via Nassau if you aren’t coming from one of those locations.
Perfect for winter getaways with your significant other or friends, or a great location for a family trip during the holiday season. And put it on your radar for Spring Break 2026!
The World of Accor Hotels
My host agency, Gifted Travel Network, is part of the Hera Preferred Partnership with Accor Hotels and I was excited to meet with hoteliers from Canada, Mexico, France, the US, Japan, Germany, and more. So what was most interesting for me (and for my clients)?
If you are familiar with the Faena Hotel in Miami (or Buenos Aires), you may be excited to know there’s a new Faena opening this Summer in New York. Located in West Chelsea and overlooking the High line this will certainly be a see-and-be-scene hotel when it opens. And it will certainly be as sexy as its counterparts!
Fairmont Banff Springs
There are a number of Fairmont Hotels in Canada - multiple locations in Vancouver and the Canadian Rockies, Quebec City, Montreal, and Victoria. They all have their own style and personality, and some are even icons in their locations. If you’ve seen a photo of Lake Louise or Quebec City, you’ve probably seen a Fairmont Hotel in the background. I’ve been planning a lot of client trips to Canada in the past year so I was very excited to meet the teams from the collection of Fairmont Hotels in Canada. There’s so much to explore up North (and yes, they do want us to visit!). And now is a great time to consider traveling up to Canada as your dollar can go even further. If summer in Banff or a trip to Quebec sounds like what you need right now, I would love to help you plan an amazing stay at one of these hotels.
Royal Monceau Paris (Raffles)- I am excited most about this hotel as I will be visiting next week while I am in Paris. A stylish hotel located adjacent to the Champs-Elysees, but apart from the hustle and bustle of the tourist zone…and featuring the Paris outpost of Nobu and the Raffles signature Long Bar (Le Bar Long) featuring Thursday jazz nights. And did I mention that there’s exactly one suite where you can wake up and go to bed with views of the Eiffel Tower?
And I’ll be staying at another Accor property next week while I am in Paris, the SO/ Paris, a newer hotel near the trendy Marais district. Can’t wait to tell you more about it!
Finally, there was one other Raffles property there last night - Raffles Seychelles. If you’re not familiar with the Seychelles, it is an archipelago of 115 islands in the western Indian Ocean, known for its unique flora and fauna, including the giant Aldabra tortoises, and its beautiful white sand beaches. It’s a fantastic destination for snorkeling and scuba diving, as well as sampling the local Creole cuisine and exploring the lush national parks around the islands. The resort has 86 private pool villas and a four bedroom pool residence, all offering a secluded stay in this slice of paradise.
Our connections with Accor around the world mean that we can match our clients to the perfect hotel for their trip and offer additional amenities and value through our preferred partnerships.
